Built in 1903 Harvest House has been a long established building within the community of Felixstowe, it was once the Felix Hotel which housed its own tennis courts and it had its own exclusive area of the beach. The tennis courts (now Felixstowe Tennis Club) and beach area have since been sold and the hotel has been developed into exclusive apartments.
